Design System Architect
As Lexagle grew from 1 to 20+ enterprise clients, we had 50+ inconsistent components creating technical debt and poor user experience. But the real problem wasn't just visual inconsistency—it was that our components couldn't adapt to varying user intents and content complexity across different enterprise workflows.
Product Designer
Lawyers using Anycase.ai's AI-powered research struggled to trust AI-generated answers. While the AI provided accurate information, lawyers needed to verify every citation—their reputation depends on accuracy. The existing interface treated citations as afterthoughts (simple blue links), ignoring how lawyers actually work with legal references.
